He has managed India operations and single-handedly managed FinGurus UAE operations. He has played a role in business development for India and UAE markets and has expanded operations in the UAE market at a crucial time of VAT and served clients ranging from as low as 1 Million AED to 1 Billion US$ in GCC. He has handled Virtual CFO services (10-200 cr), Advisory, fundraising, transaction advisory front-ending on behalf of startup founders, and project management for FinGurus India clients. He comes with experience working as CFO for Solutions Infini Group and handled it in their early days of growth and has helped them start international operations. Earlier he worked as an Audit Specialist in SOX compliance (IFC), direct and indirect taxation, internal audit, and business development. Overall he carries 6+ years of post-qualification experience. He deals with VCs/HNIs who fund s technology startups in India
Pankaj Mehta
B.Com & CA
With an overall experience of 8+ years, Pankaj played a crucial role in a 40-year-old CA Firm. He was one of the youngest partners in the firm where he honed his skills in the fields of audit and corporate taxation laws. As a co-founder of FinGurus, his expertise comes in handy in the areas of direct & indirect taxation, audit, along with internal audit, and accounting. His role as a finance controller has helped SMEs and Start-ups grow their businesses right from a nascent stage to getting funds of 100Cr.
Raman Daga
B.Com & EPSM (IIM Calcutta)
Raman is an alumnus of IIM-C, having completed his Executive Management Program from the prestigious B-school. His Business Development acumen has helped him sharpen his skills in the last 9 years, exclusively in the Finance domain. Prior to his stint at FinGurus, he was actively involved as a pureplay BD professional for scaling businesses and collaborating tie-ups with companies in India, UAE, and Africa. Apart from this, his experience also lies in handling Sales, Marketing & Operations for start-ups and SMEs.
Prateek Nawal
MBA Finance & Company Secretary
With 8+ years of experience up his sleeves, Prateek is an invaluable asset to the team. An MBA (finance) and CS professional, he’s helped business managed Company Secretarial and Legal compliance’s efficiently with his expertise in Company Law compliance, Legal Documents Vetting, Project financing, Corporate Structuring and re-Structuring, International Transaction Advisory, Advisory to Mergers and other Investment projects, and other deal advisories.
